Katherine&#8217;s pregnancy made travel at <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Christmas\">Christmas<\/a> iffy so we were lucky to combine two originally separate holiday plans (Thanksgiving with Katherine&#8217;s family, Christmas with mine) into one week-long trip to Dallas.
