{"id":684,"date":"2009-10-10T23:10:58","date_gmt":"2009-10-11T06:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/westfamilyblog.com\/?p=684"},"modified":"2009-10-10T23:10:58","modified_gmt":"2009-10-11T06:10:58","slug":"late-summer-fun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/westfamilyblog.com\/?p=684","title":{"rendered":"Late summer fun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s a collection of pictures from the end of our summer, including Juliet in <a href=\"http:\/\/westfamilyblog.com\/?p=91\">Claire&#8217;s chicken costume from Halloween 2007<\/a>, the girls around the house including one with their new play garden, a playdate with Juliet&#8217;s friend Katie, and then a set from our trip to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mammoth_Lakes,_California\">Mammoth Lakes<\/a> where we stayed at a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mammothmonache.com\/\">nice hotel<\/a> and used up a few more of the free nights from my business travel.  We hiked up to beautiful McLeod Lake, and also did <a href=\"http:\/\/parks.ca.gov\/?page_id=514\">a nature walk<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mono_Lake\">Mono Lake<\/a> where we saw the funny <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tufa\">tufa towers<\/a>.
