{"id":99,"date":"2007-12-31T11:17:22","date_gmt":"2007-12-31T18:17:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/westfamilyblog.com\/?p=99"},"modified":"2007-12-31T11:17:22","modified_gmt":"2007-12-31T18:17:22","slug":"christmas-in-arizona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/westfamilyblog.com\/?p=99","title":{"rendered":"Christmas 2007"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We spent a wonderful few days in Arizona at my Mom&#8217;s house in Scottsdale with my sister Laura, her husband Rob, and their 7-year old son Will.\u00a0 Highlights included brunch with my high school friends and their families, feeding Claire her first <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gerber.com\/prodcat?catid=497\">&#8220;solid&#8221; food<\/a> using the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chuys.com\/\">Texas-themed<\/a> bib Laura &amp; Rob gave her, dinner at a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.azeats.com\/LosOlivos\/default.htm\">fun Mexican restaurant<\/a>, Claire trying on a cute pink dress that was mine when I was a baby, continuing a twenty-year tradition of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chex_Mix\">homemade Chex mix<\/a>, lots of fun presents for the kids including castle sets both <a href=\"http:\/\/castle.lego.com\/\">for Will<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oompa.com\/baby-toys\/item\/HA0995\/Haba-Dragonstone-Castle.html?oompaItem=Haba_Dragonstone%20Castle\">for Claire<\/a>, and Stu and I sneaking out for a <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/No_Country_for_Old_Men_(film)\">really good movie<\/a>.
