She’s 32.5″ tall (76th percentile, a bit lower than 79th percentile when she was 30″ at 12-months) and 25 pounds 12.5 oz (72nd percentile, also less than 83rd percentile when she was 23 lbs, 5 oz last time). At her 18-month appointment, Claire was 99th percentile in height and 82nd in weight.
