Grandma Judy left yesterday after two-and-a-half weeks of visiting with Juliet and Claire. She was an incredible help, changing endless diapers, singing, strollering, chauffeuring Claire to daycare, delivering highly nutritious lattes to the nursing mother, helping introduce Juliet to our local shopping mall, stickering with Claire, and doing dishes every few minutes.

Dear Juliet,
You are one month old today. What a big girl you are now, learning about the world every day! Claire is helping Mom and Dad by looking for you when she enters the house and bringing you your hat and blanket.
I’ll always remember seeing you for the first time when you were just a couple of hours old. I loved every minute of my visit and can’t wait to see you and Claire again.

The UK end of the West family are obviously napping – welcome to little Juliet!! She looks adorable – as do Mum and Claire. Hope Katherine is recovered from the surgery now and all are fit and well. Beautiful photos!
